Title Closer Branch Manager - Full-time

SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, Customer Service, and Banking industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Title Closer to manage the Lake Mary branch of a growing builder's title company.

This is a Direct Hire (Permanent) position and is available immediately.

Salary Range- $70.000-$80,000 and a great bonus plan could go as high as $30,000 depending on performance.

Title Closer- Branch Manager:

Candidate must have 4-6 plus years of current title closing experience and also have managed a title closing branch in recent times. A Florida Title Agents license is preferred but it is not required but upon hire, the candidate will be required to get licensed. A current Florida notary is required.

This is an office that is very busy but the business is very repetitive. There are no retail clients and there are no outside sales required. The candidate must be able to handle the volume and deliver white-glove customer service. The candidate will help mentor staff and focus on delivering top-notch service to their clients. This is not purely a management position as the candidate will have to assist as needed in doc preparation and physical closings. The candidate will be the face of the office and will have reporting duties to Senior Management so the candidate must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
