Job Details for 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Order Entry Clerk:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday

• Shift: 2nd shift 2:30PM- 10:30PM

• Hourly rate: $19-$21

Job Responsibilities for 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Order Entry Clerk:

• Reconcile Process Orders: Balancing out each process order of finished product for each production run. Balancing out each process order of raw and packaging materials for each production run. Verifying and correcting all returns. Log and report all discrepancies

• Inventory: Investigate any inventory issues that are found during operation. Monitor all staging locations utilized during daily operations

• Clerical Duties: Reporting all daily activities and notes in a shift summary. Reporting KPI #'s from each production day

Job Requirements for 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Order Entry Clerk:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, preferred knowledge of SAP
• Excellent math skills. Requires to work independently while following deadlines
• Ability to work and communicate with other departments. Great organizational skills
• Minimum: High School Diploma or Minimum: 2 years' experience in the Food Manufacturing, Logistics/Cold Storage Warehousing or Inventory
