We are actively recruiting for a strong litigator join our client's general & professional liability practice group in San Francisco. The opportunity is with an established mid-sized firm with several offices across California and has remote work flexibility. With specific plans to grow the San Francisco office in 2023, this is an ideal opportunity for advancement.

The firm is seeking an attorney with specific general and professional liability defense experience. Their practice areas include labor & employment, class & complex litigation, business litigation and education counseling among others. Interested candidates should have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice and be comfortable handling cases from inception to close. This role will have sole focus on general & professional liability litigation matters defending clients that include design professionals (architects and engineers), director and officer level individuals, homeowners associations and other miscellaneous professionals.

Job Details

Interested applications should have previous general and professional liability experience and be a member in good standing with the ABA. California Bar admission required. Compensation is commensurate with experience and all prospective applicants must reside in Los Angeles.

Candidates should be comfortable with attending legal proceedings, performing research and consulting with partners to provide legal advice. Organization and communication are cornerstones of this position in order to maintain an efficient process with clients, paralegals and senior attorneys.
