Associate Product Manager, Box Truck Services - Full-time

Purpose: The Product Manager - Parts Cleaning will focus on aqueous parts cleaning and AFS and is responsible for meeting revenue and profit growth goals for the parts cleaning lines of business and/or other product lines assigned. This includes the management of existing service offerings, and also the identification and development of new opportunities.
Essential Duties
- Perform ongoing financial analysis of sales and profit and develop, implement, and communicate strategies for meeting Company goals to field personnel.
- Monitor, develop and implement pricing controls for all products in the area of responsibility.
- Assist field sales management with the programs related to their area of responsibility.
- Assist with the development of compensation plans for sales and service personnel related to their area of responsibility.
- Develop sales and technical training.
- Monitor the performance of sales personnel on a weekly and period basis.
- Identify potential problems or reasons for lack of adequate revenue growth or profit improvement.
- Implement solutions to identified problems.
- Work with outside vendors to develop equipment enhancements, trouble shoot problem areas on equipment, and recommend and apply solutions.
- Ensure that field sales force has an adequate supply of reliable, functioning equipment while limiting inventory and supply cost
- Report progress of the sales and profit performance to Senior Management.
- Present a positive image of Heritage-Crystal Clean to fellow employees, external contacts, the general public
- Ability to travel 25-40%

Work Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
- Bachelors degree in finance, marketing or business management related experience.
Specific Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Personal Protective Equipment
- Safety glasses when working at customers or in the field
- Steel toe boots when working at customers or in the field
Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach with hands, stand, walk, drive frequently, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Essential duties require bending, squatting and twisting frequently. Employee will frequently be exposed to dirt, dust and fumes.
Noise level of the environment is generally moderate,but may vary depending on customer site visits. Occasionally may be required to lift/move up to 75 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
