Small service-oriented company seeks experienced Bilingual Customer Service/Technical Service support specialist. Train in office initially and work remote after training. Hours 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

MUST have the ability to speak and write Spanish and English. 95% of this customer service role will be working with customers (very heavy email communication/light phone interaction) The largest percentage of customer inquiries include customers who have questions regarding their service or need help trouble shooting an application on their iPhone or Android device.
