Our client is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to drive customer satisfaction. They will develop a strong partnership with each customer, with the primary goal of enhancing their service experience. Direct Placement. Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. Salary Range: $77K-$102K.
Abilities needed to be successful in this role:
Ability to develop and drive continuous improvements
Ability to lead, mentor and grow the inside sales and project management teams
Cultivate strong communication with internal departments, suppliers and customer base
Track and analyze metrics to improve outcomes
Take ownership of customer issues and resolution

-Customer Experience Manager in manufacturing environment (5+ years)
-Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP system
-Six Sigma/Green Belt preferred
