National Repairs Coordinator - Full-time

Repair coordinator must have working knowledge of construction, home repair and working with vendors in those industries. Primary responsibilities include:
- Client & Vendor interaction to ensure repairs are completed satisfactorily
- Handle all client questions regarding services, repairs, billing, etc
- Creating bids, negotiating repairs and evaluating results
- Maintain working knowledge of Cyprexx company services

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential based construction, including terminology and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong negotiation skills
- Working experience with RepairBASE or XactPRM preferred
