A bit about us:

Our client is actively seeking staff nurses for their outpatient surgical hospital in Phoenix! The opportunity is with well respected physician-owned practice known for their expertise in orthopedic surgery. The incoming nurses will have the opportunity to join a strong tight-knit culture and we are seeking candidates who are naturally team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.

The hospital has open day shifts on a 3 12s schedule with night and weekend differentials. Preop/PACU staff nurses are not required to take call. We are offering a complete compensation package that includes PTO, benefits and competitive hourly rates. The hospital is open Monday - Saturday and all staff rotate work on Saturdays to ensure equal free weekends. Hourly differentials are offered for work performed after hours and the weekend. Previous experience handling total joints, hip and knee replacements and sports injuries is preferred but not required.
