Executive office coordinator needed for a contract to hire role for our entertainment client located in Culver City, CA.
Entertainment experience preferred.
Job details:
Duration: Contract to hire 3+ month to start.
Pay rate: $28.85 per hour.
Location: Culver City, CA On site.
Vaccine: Required
Schedule: 4 days in the office. Fridays Remote.
Experience with Concur (Expenses) is a plus.
Experience in the Entertainment industry is a plus and highly preferred.
Discretion needed, the ideal candidate will work with a sense of urgency, experienced as an administrative assistant.
Organization and time management needed

- Manage high volume meeting scheduling with internal and external parties
- Maintain highly organized and efficient calendar
- Prepare and process expense reports and manage travel arrangements
- Proactively anticipate challenges and conflicts and adapt rapidly
- Assist on executive level presentations and planning
- Prepare agendas and maintain accurate notes meetings
- Event planning
- Professional demeanor and attitude who is comfortable interfacing with senior management
- Proactive self-starter who knows how to rapidly anticipate and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable juggling many tasks simultaneously
- Organized
- Patient
- Manages time well

- Understands delegating
- Knowledge and experience with Concur is a PLUS
