Regional Sales Director - Full-time

Now hiring a Regional Sales Director in West Bridgewater, MA!Trillium Staffing is looking for a Regional Sales Director!

Our client is growing and is adding a Regional Sales Director to their team!
In this position you must display initiative, passion, a strong work ethic and the ability to lead, plan and manage change. You will oversee 3-5 Sales Managers, that oversee 30-40 Outside Sales Representatives.
Direct Hire. Mon-Fri 8a-5p. Salary Range: $175-$200K Plus Bonus/Incentive.

Responsibilities include:
-Leading and mentor your team
-Develop a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
-Work with leadership team to develop budgets and competitive pricing strategies
-Bring a variety of sales tools and concepts to increase sales and profitability for your team
-Proven ability to manage remote or outside sales staff
-Proven ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and employees.
