Job Details

RN Manager - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY

Requirements

• BSN required
• Behavioral Health experience is required
• Experience with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis is strongly preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience including direct experience with psychiatric patients
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical supervisor or manager role
• Must have an active Ohio RN license
• CPR and CPI certified or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Managing the behavioral health nursing department
• Staffing
• Maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations
• Performance evaluations
