Production Associate- Day & Night Shift

Direct Mail Solutions is a full service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS are seeking Production Associates, who will assist Machine Operators in our Lettershop Department. This is an entry level position and if successful one can step up into new opportunities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for catching the mail as it comes down the conveyor belt.
• Provide support and assist Machine Operators during the shift.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

• Three years prior work experience in a production environment.
• Willing to learn and eager to succeed.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime as it is needed.

This is a fulltime position. Core shift hours are:

• Day Shift- (3) Days a week, 6:00am 7:30pm
• Night Shift- (4) Days a week, 7:30pm- 6:00am
