Temporary Lead Position - Ontario Ca - Part-time

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a popular company in ONTARIO to hire multiple experienced Team Leads .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists supervisor with balancing daily work flow for assigned function/area to ensure daily work is completed on

• Assists supervisor in all aspects of assigned function/area to ensure efficient operations.

Job Requirements: Trains new associates and assists with questions.
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2 years +
Educational/Position Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a distribution facility with special emphases for experience in area with an opening (ie. embroidery, internal audit, active processing, audit, packing, special sew, etc.)

Skills:
Must be able to read, speak, and understand English

• Must be organized
• Good communication skills
• Must be logical
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to lift cases weighing up to 35 - 40 lbs.
• Must pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check

We are hiring for 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:15pm
Pay: $22hr. this is a Temporary position only
