Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights - Full-time

A health services network in New York State is currently seeking a new, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) for a great Night shift opportunity at one of their nursing homes in Chenango County. New graduates are encouraged to apply!



Responsibilities:



TheRegistered Nurse (RN) will:

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process


• Perform various treatment procedures


• Provide physical, educational and emotional support to patients, friends and families


• Develop and document individualized care plans customized for each patients unique needs


• Maintain effective communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans and progress


• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing


• NYSRegistered Nurse (RN) license


• Demonstrate proficient use of an Electronic Health Records (EHRs)


• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills


• Patient oriented


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Strong attention to detail


• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
