PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Cooperation with production staff on Site keeping track of costs and assigning them to the different locations.
  • Keeping track on Site of the equipment present, the inventory of materials, and the materials consumed.
  • Assess and review in coordination with Production Staff subcontractors invoices and self-performed
  • works.
  • Help to create and process measurements of works executed.
  • Introducing previous information into company systems.
  • Preparation of the forecast for the next 4 month billing cycle, including revenue, cost, and cash-flow projections.
  • Preparation and analysis of the following reports to ensure they accurately reflect the current project status: monthly cost report, weekly reports, LDR, payroll, labor report, summary report, and weekly quantities.
  • Preparation of quantities takeoffs, change orders, and time impact analysis
  • ECMS and P6 software.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5-7 years' experience in heavy civil construction.
  • Experience with P6 software preferred.
  • Must be a team player
