Director of Nursing -DON - Full-time

One of Ohio's senior living facilities is seeking a Director of Nursing to join our growing team. We are a company with a long history of excellence in assisted living, and skilled nursing. Looking to bring in a DON with a great attitude, a desire to succeeded and lead!

Seeking a DON that is a RN with leadership experience within senior living or in a hospital setting that are ready to take their career to the next level. Must have a passion for coaching, training, and developing others.

Responsibilities of Director of Nursing:

- DON plans, organizes, developers and directs the overall operation of the

- Ensures organization is in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards

- Maintains a physical, social, and psychological environment that promotes the health and wellbeing of others

- Pro actively anticipating and responding to patient, family, staff and others needs

- Guide clinical matters, facilitating and/or providing oversight of training and education

Requirements:

- Current RN license with Ohio state

- Supervisory/management experience

- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations

- Strong skills in business and financial management

- Ability to set and achieve relevant and challenging goals for self and team

- Continuous coaching, training, and development of a quality nursing team
