Our client is currently seeking a Software Validation Analyst to join their team onsite in Baltimore, MD . This will be a 3 month project.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
Our client is currently seeking a Software Validation Analyst to join their team onsite in Baltimore, MD . This will be a 3 month project.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Research approximately 600 applications across Windows-based computers and determine which applications are necessary and which applications can be removed
- Perform internet research and work with end-users to determine what the software is doing on their computers
- For applications identified for removal, work with our Tanium support team to remove the applications where possible, or work with end-users and our deskside support team to remove the application manually
- For applications being retained, work with end-users to understand the use of the software and complete a form to document the use of the software
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with creating and manipulating pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficient with software installation and removal in Microsoft Windows 10
- Experience with Tanium is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have interpersonal skills and be comfortable with reaching out to end-users
- Must understand software applications and have knowledge of removal
- Must have research skills and be able to use many platforms
- Able to walk throughout the day to workstations within offices and manufacturing facility
- Must be a United Sates Citizen
