Your Role as the Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is an integral part of the sales operations team!  Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator include:

  • Provide customer service to existing and prospective customers
  • Quote business, prepare bids, and prepare presentations
  • Review and process orders
  • Develop pricing modules
  • Address customer concerns and ensure proper resolution

Background Profile

  • Expertise in sales processes and customer service
  • Extensive time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience a plus!
  • Strong communication skills
