Restaurant FOH Manager

Ford’s Fish Shack is a company of three neighborhood restaurants with an outstanding seafood selection served by a friendly staff. This is an exciting time to join the Ford’s Fish Shack team, as the company looks ahead to future expansion.

Due to our growth, Ford’s Fish Shack is seeking Front of House Managers who have a passion for team building and providing the best in service. FOH Manager positions are currently available at all three of our locations: Ashburn, Lansdowne, and South Riding. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating outstanding guest experiences through our food and service. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the Following

• Be present and hands-on with all operations during shift to ensure outstanding service for our guests
• Assist in overseeing FOH operations
• Assist with directing and supervising FOH hourly staff on a daily basis
• Manage FOH hourly staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing per shift
• Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees
• Address any guests’ concerns graciously and efficiently
• Maintain food quality standards
• Perform additional duties as needed for restaurant operations
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management position
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have and maintain an active ServSafe Managers Certification.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
