Classification: HR Coordinator
Compensation: $35.00 to $45.00 hourly
Provides assistance and support with day-to-day activities and projects for the President/Chief Operating Officer and other executive management staff as necessary
Serves as the primary point of contact for the President/COO
Answers, screens, and handles external and internal calls accurately and promptly
Interacts with community leaders, executives, staff, clients, and Wayfinders Board of Directors
Responsible for setting up and maintaining executive office files and records, including materials of a confidential nature
Responsible for completing project assignments while juggling multiple priorities
Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information
Maintains calendars for the President/COO and other executive management staff as necessary
Interprets Wayfinder policies and procedures for personnel, students, visitors, etc
Responsible for scheduling travel and meeting arrangements for executive management staff
Provides support for the Board of Directors and related board sub-committees
Assists with all pre-meeting arrangements and attends meetings as required
Accurately records and types minutes of meetings
Orders flowers, plants, etc., on appropriate occasions
Represents Wayfinder in dealing with outside agencies, including governmental agencies
Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis
