About this job
RN Triage Work from home after training
Duties:
Provide nursing care to patients/families by utilizing the nursing process via the telephone for all patients.
- Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process
- Informs Triage Manager of case progress and reports any unusual circumstances
- Assesses patient using exemplary communication skills via the telephone throughout phone interaction
- Assists providers by obtaining accurate and timely information utilizing nursing knowledge and experience
- Follows written protocols for deliverance of care
- Provide patient education
- Documents in electronic medical records as required
Requirements:
Current NYS license and CPR
1 year of exp. in a physician practice or hospital preferred
