AutoSmart in Hamleris looking to hire a Customer Service Manager who will be responsible for providing customer service support to ensure that our customers have a positive experience within our dealership.

Responsibilities - Customer Service Manager:

• Responsible for responding to and managing customers complaints and/or service issues
• Solve problems on customer calls
• Follow-up with customers
• Track receipts and audit deals
• Track Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Customer Satisfaction Scores for Sales and Service Departments.
• Send and post weekly reports on CSI scores.
• Participate in and attend various meetings and other work-related events.
• Assist General Sales Manager with various clerical duties including New Car Inventory tasks.
• Other tasks may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Customer Service Manager:

• Accounting Experience and P&L Management experience Required.
• This is an On-Site position
• Demonstrated skills in the area of customer service, customer resolution, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in a senior or supervisory role with the ability to train and mentor employees.
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications preferred.
• Ability to effectively interact with customers, management and co-workers,
• Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
• Valid drivers license required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
