Job Details
The Superintendent is responsible for overall field management of project including safety, scheduling, subcontractors, field staff, field labor budget etc.
5+ years working for a general contractor in commercial construction is required.
Experience bringing large scale, multifamily projects out of the ground is required. Projects range from $20-100M.
People management and experience running crews is required
Experience working with a self performing general contractor is preferred
Strong scheduling, quality, safety and field management experience preferred
Prepare and maintain all required documentation and records according to State & Federal compliance as well as company procedures
