This is a contract position.

Title: RN Care Management
Location: Boston, MA 02118
Inpatient care setting
Schedule: 5 days a week
Hours: 40 per week, 8 daily

Job Duties:
u25b6RN Care Manager will utilize the collaborative process to assess, plan, monitor, and evaluate the options and services required to meet a patients health needs.
u25b6Promote quality, cost-effective outcomes to patients in the specific hospital department.
u25b6Determine medical necessity and appropriateness of admission with InterQual screening and inpatient list from Medicare.

Requirements:
u2705Active MassachusettsNursing License
u2705Education: Bachelor of Nursing
u27053+ years of Utilization Management and Care Management
u2705Care/Case Management Certification
u2705EPIC EMR experience
