RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Client Support Specialist



  • Oversees a team of analysts who work on aspects of end user device management and support

  • Be in charge of Client Support playbooks

  • Oversees ticket queues

  • Be a leader for Client Support projects

  • In charge of equipment planning, relationships between vendor, along with contract management

  • Support and train end-user productivity


EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE Client Support Specialist



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology

  • Microsoft 365

  • 1-2 years of mentoring/leadership skills

  • 1-2 years of project managing is a plus
