• Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, warning letters, ext.
• Providing direction to all levels of management regarding employee relations issues, corrective action plans, termination of employment, policies/procedures, and general employee coaching - while ensuring compliance and adherence to Federal and State employment laws
• Performs duties related to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
• Creates Recruitment Plans, schedule interview, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
• Maintain personal records of all employees
• Budget approval and initiating activities
• Takes appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years experience in HR
• Previous experience using various HRIS systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
