Nanny For Our 4-year Old In Ashburn - Now Hiring

Hello everyone, we are looking for a nanny for our 4 1/2-year-old. We are in Ashburn, VA. Although our son has improved tremendously over the past year, he has some behavioral issues. He struggles with transitions, and can overreact (screaming) to situations. He recovers quickly, especially if you are a calming personality that understands how to avoid escalating. He also does well with a schedule that he can see, so this is an absolute must for any nanny. Our ideal nanny will have some background working with child behavioral issues. Our son is verbal, active, and very smart, so you must be able to keep him engaged with mentally challenging activities, as well as physical ones.
