(ESOP) A week in the life of a Program Analyst (Journey): * Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules. * Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses. * Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings. * Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information * Monitorand reportperformance against plans * Support customer tag-ups, working groups and various milestone events * Interpret technical and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs. * Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking * Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities. * Assists in planning, manning, executing and contract duties * Using scheduling tools, provide insight and oversight of program progress AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is$90,000-130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. US Citizenship required. * Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Systems Administration, or Information Systems Management. * At least five (5) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, performing the functional duties to be performed for this position. * Of the five (5) years at least two (2) years must include experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) with roles higher than basic user.
