By participating in the Northbridge Earn While You Learn Program you will be paid to earn a 54-Hour Personal Care Servicestraining certificate! This program is compliant with Massachusetts EOEA regulations and qualifies you to work in Assisted Living communities in Massachusetts.

This is work that is meaningful and rewarding.
At Stafford Hill Assisted Living, your work address is where our residents call home. There will be staff meetings, call bells, beds to make, and socks to help put on, but there will also be moments to join the table of Veterans recalling stories of shore leave, accompanying someone on a sunny walk to the resident's garden to pick fresh herbs, and spirited impromptu debates about John Wayne's best film as you pass through the hall. Our team is here to make our resident's lives easier and happier. They along with their families trust you to provide quality compassionate care.

What will you do?

You will ensure our resident's needs of daily living are met by providing limited personal assistance such as, but not limited to, assisting residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, serving meals, laundering clothes and linens, visiting with residents, and attending to other resident needs as they arise.
