Operations Manager - Full-time

I have a client in Michigan with an opening for a Vice President of Operations. Owner wants to step away from the day-to-day management of a successful, family-owned flooring company. The successful candidate will have at least three years managing operations in a construction setting. VP Qualifications:

• Two years of experience managing all facets of a construction companys operations
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, as well as platforms such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Measure Square and RFMS
• Construction degree and/or military service is a plus
• Great leadership skills
