Job Details

Job Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Active CA bar membership in good standing with no disciplinary history.
• Proven ability to be proactive with a full caseload imperative.
• Responsibilities including but not limited to research, motion and brief writing, courtroom appearances, and client management.
• Large firm or sophisticated boutique complex litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Drafting pleadings, motion practice, propounding/answering discovery, document review, writing demand letters/mediation briefs, and other litigation projects.
• Coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for use in legal proceedings.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
