Walk me through this persons day :
- Will supporting all locations in Florida but will report to both Becky and Mellissa for TPA and SRQ markets directly.
Job Duties/Description:
Melissa - Has to have someone who has legal interview techniques (melissa supports executive and technical level teams), really looking for someone who has thorough screening experience in the interviews.
Will have support but will not be out there on their own.
HR Specialist and employment specialist
Hiring, scheduling interviews, following up with the candidates post interviews, running background checks and submitting drug screens
support 17 locations, will handle any HVAC and admin positions
NEEDS to be able to multitask and stay organized and be flexible. Has to be okay if changes are coming through left and right and stay on top of it.
Working with blue collar workers, just a side note to not be horribly offended if they get upset.
Has to be able to wing it at some points
Top 3 wish list for candidate to have:
1 - High Level on Outlook
2 - NEEDS to know how to schedule teams meeting
3 - preferred knowledge of ADP
Hours are FLEXIBLE: can start any time and finish at any time that is needed.
Business Casual dress attire, jeans allowed on Fridays
Software/Technical Skills:
Outlook, ADP, Teams
Soft Skills/Environment:
- Interpersonal skills
