Seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Miami, FL (1 day work from home) who is passionate about attracting and identifying top industry talent while inspiring others around them. In this role, you will work across construction operations sectors focused on recruiting talent, developing, and implementing effective sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire, influencing, motivating, and maintaining the interest of strong candidates and managing Best in Class candidate experiences throughout the hiring process, while simultaneously maintaining strong consultative relationships with internal teams and hiring managers.

Job Details

Responsibilities
- At least 5 years of exp. as a corporate recruiter or agency recruiter in the A,E,C space
- Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from Talent Acquisition phone screen to offer extension- will manage 1 recruiter on the Gulf coast
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.)
- Provide hiring teams the critical information needed to asses
