Senior Site Specialist - Full-time

Job Title: Senior Site Specialist

Location: Redwood City, CA

Duration: 3 months

Shift: M-F 8am-4pm
100% Onsite
COVID Vaccination Required

This customer site is a high-profile site. I'm looking for candidate with 2+ years experience working in the lab set up. Inventory management and experience with Glass washing and autoclaving plus receiving. Willing to learn, can handle stress and multitasking, ability to work individually and groups, great with email and customer service skills. Lead skills is a plus.


What will you do?
Use Client or customer's inventory/order management electronic systems to perform the following activities: on-site program replenishments and disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry and expediting, customer service call resolution, product returns, and backorder processing
Perform laboratory services such as order delivery, glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, and media preparation
Analyzes/maintains/reconciles various customer and company reports to ensure partner requirements are met
Follow work processes as outlined by our written procedures
Listens to customer concerns, effectively addresses issues with a goal of resolution within established timeframe, and proactively communicates with supervisor, any customer concerns and/or potential problems
Engages in process improvement activities
May perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

How will you get here?
Education: High School Diploma, college degree preferred
Experience: 2-3 years of equivalent experience, preferably within a laboratory setting or services. Demonstrated customer service, verbal, written, and presentation skills
