Billing Collection Analyst - Full-time

Questpro is partnered with a large insurance carrier who has a need for a Remote Billing Collection Analyst. Must have knowledge of creating and utilizing Pivot Tables and basic Excel Formulas, and Macros.Pay range $20 - 22.96/hour.

The main function of the Billing Collection Analyst will be to quickly assess a groups past due status and identify if the group should be contacted to collect the past due premium

Job Responsibilities:
??? Navigate Salesforce
??? Identify the groups current paid to date
??? Research to identify unapplied premiums
??? Work with current team members
??? Utilize Outlook to send a standardized email
Skills:
??? Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
??? Ability to work independently and manage ones time
??? Intermediate, previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Marcros) and PowerPoint, and any other related data entry software.
??? Previous accounting experience preferred.
??? Familiar with Billing Invoices
??? Knowledge of creating and utilizing Pivot tables, basic formulas
??? Familiar with Group Employee Benefits

Education/Experience:
??? High school diploma or GED required.
??? Associate degree in business or similar experience
??? 2-4 years in Billing and Collections
