This company is expanding! They are a growing manufacturer with excellent benefits and a great work atmosphere. Our client is in need of a CNC Manufacturing Supervisor in the Indianapolis area. They have a need on 1st shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the CNC Manufacturing Supervisor include:
Coaching, training and mentoring employees

Ensuring production goals are being met

Ensuring safety on the plant floor

Ensuring quality of product

Developing and maintaining SOP

Planning operations and preparing schedules

Requirements for the CNC Manufacturing Supervisor position include:

Previous non-union supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility

Experience in a CNC facility

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Hands-on

Key skills: Manufacturing, Production, CNC
