Responsibilities:

As a Retail & Event-Based CSR, youll be responsible for representing a particular cause to the public at various retail venues and event sites across the region. Your primary objectives will be to promote the cause, share success stories, influence voters, and increase support in a given geographic area. We're currently working on a campaign to gain voter support for the legalization of marijuana, and will soon be working on another community-oriented campaign.

While working at a live event, youll be:

• Setting up client-branded kiosks/stalls/displays/etc and distributing marketing materials
• Greeting local shoppers with a smile and inviting them to engage in conversation
• Pre-qualifying registered voters to determine if theyre eligible to participate
• Using relatable stories and specific examples to influence people who are on the fence
• Answering questions, offering advice, and providing general customer service
• Addressing basic concerns and overcoming common objections when appropriate
• Ensuring all customers have a positive interaction regardless of their decision

Training & Support:

We have high standards and represent important causes, so we provide extensive training regardless of an individuals background. The training combines classroom-style teaching along with on-site support and ongoing guidance. During weekly goal-setting sessions, youll be able to discuss your challenges and how to work through them along with your successes and how to maximize future opportunities.
