HEDIS Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22 to $26 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HEDIS Coordinator Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is one of the following;
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
HEDIS Coordinator Responsibilities
- Phone outreach to members to encourage HEDIS care gap closure
- Phone/fax outreach to providers to request medical records re: HEDIS care gap closure
- Travel to provider sites (as needed) to collect medical records
