Location: This is for an in-person role at Zaxby's Cahaba Heights - located at 3201 Bearden Court, Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35243.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Our Back of House Team Member providesthe magic sauce to the Zaxby's operation. Without them we couldn't provide the high quality food our guests love. The Back of House Team Member is responsible for:
- Operating the back of house equipment
- The ability to multi-task for optimal performance
- Ensuring timely completion of task
- Operating with a team
The Back of House Team Member is responsible for ensuring the kitchen is running smoothly and completing the tasks as they arise. Theyidentify areas of improvement throughout the shift and providesupport to their team members.
