The General Manager is the leader of the restaurant and responsible for leading a team of 15-30 team members. The general manager is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to their team to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale. This includes:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant
• Managing staffing and team member development
• Monitoring sales growth, cost management and inventory standards
• Providing excellent customer service and leading by example
• Maintaining brand standards

Qualifications:

• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact with others
• Previous management experience required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a minimum of 5 days per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of background check

Capability Requirements:

• Sit, Stand, and Walk continuously
• Occassionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb including on ladders
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting
• Communicate proficiently through written and oral speach and reading
• Operate restaurant equipment in a safe manner including knives, fryers, and other potentially hazardous equipment
• Work in an environment with temperature extremes and food allergens present
