We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Income Tax team. This role is responsible for:
• Performing day-to-day activities with an emphasis on technology and data, and identifying potential opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Assist with the calculations that support the Company's US, Canadian, state and local income tax compliance filings
• Collaborate with third-party service providers on review of the Company's income tax returns
• Assist with tax planning through modeling outcomes
The Senior Analyst will help lead portions of the work above. This position will require knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax principles; strong organizational and research skills; effective collaboration and communication; and timely execution.
• Experience working with large datasets to influence decisions and completion of complex projects
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across divisions
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn multiple complex topics and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy
• Public accounting experience is preferred
• Experience with complex formulas and Pivot Tables in Excel
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
• CPA preferred
