What You'll Do :
The ServiceNow Platform Team Leader is part of the Digital Infrastructure & Operations organization at Edward Jones. This position requires broad understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management, and ITIL principles.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Configuration Management and maturing the CMDB.
  • Lead a team of several ServiceNow developers assigned across multiple products
  • Conduct 1x1s and provide guidance on goals and individual development plans
  • Conduct trimester and annual reviews
  • Provide coaching and support to the team
  • Prioritize work and established streamlined processes
  • Balance support work versus development
  • Support and educate the team on the Firm's culture and key initiatives
  • Coordinate work with other teams through PI planning and the Agile framework
  • Manage vendor engagements, budgets, and licensing
  • Develop roadmaps, standards, and platform governance
What Experience You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to Information Systems technology with at least 1 year in a leadership role (mentoring associates, lead analyst, project leaders, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile development principles and software delivery in an enterprise environment
  • Working across multiple teams in a large technology environment (development, support, infrastructure, security, etc.)
  • Experience implementing, evolving, and supporting products on the ServiceNow platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to peers and leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; develops relationships; seen as credible and trustworthy
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with managing major consulting engagements
