What will you be doing?

• The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices and payments for a group of TV stations.
• Scanning invoices into our AP automated system
• Keying vendor coding and invoice detail into system
• Researching, Reviewing and reconciling vendor and invoice detail
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Processing and disbursement of payments
• Working with internal and external customers to resolve discrepancies
• Backing up for other AP team members

What do you bring?

• Must have previous Accounts Payable experience and Accounts Receivable experience is desired.
• Must have High School Diploma/GED, College education preferred.
• Strong computer skills, Strong proficiency in Excel
• A working knowledge of accounting functions
• Excellent organization skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
