Reporting to the Nurse Manager ICU, the Assistant Nurse Manager ICU will help lead an outstanding team of CCRN-prepared Registered Nurses. With the assistance of the Director and Manager, several clinical coordinators, and tenured charge nurses, this Assistant Nurse Manager will receive plenty of support.

Serving an essential role in the ICU Department, the Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for maintaining the day to day flow of the department. The Assistant Nurse Manager ICU will ensure patient needs are met by consulting with staff, physicians, and Department Leadership. The Assistant Nurse Manager will also assist with continuing education of the staff and coordinate staffing assignments.
