RN Office Nurse/Triage - Elmhurst, IL

Location:  Center for Health, Elmhurst.  Will also cross train/float to the OB clinics in Elmhurst.   

Office hours:  Monday through Thursdays 8-8pm, Friday 8-4:30 and Saturday 8-1pm.  Hours will vary depending on the needs of the office and require 1 evening and rotating Saturday.  This office has providers who work in 4 locations.  Flexible to scheduling changes including overtime, evening and Saturday rotation, and able to travel to various clinic locations with physician. 

RN responsibilities focus on:  patient education, phone triage, entering referrals/prior authorizations, occasional rooming of patients, RN visits - injections, staple removal and wound checks, surgery/procedure scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.  Current Illinois RN licensure required. 
• Communicate clearly in English - written/oral; (Spanish HIGHLY preferred)
• Annual CPR certification (C-level)
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• 2 years of strong clinical RN CMA/LPN experience preferred, and at least one year of work experience in a Physician's Office, highly preferred. Prior work experience in a OB/GYN setting, highly preferred.
