Were looking ahead and preparing to launch a series of expansions over the next 2 years. In order to branch out successfully, we need to begin training our future management teams now!

Were aiming to hire and develop 2 new Customer Service Trainers over the next 6-12 months. Additional Customer Service Trainers will allow us to cover a larger geographic ares for our client portfolio when it comes to our Brand Awareness Campaigns.

Previous marketing, branding, media, communications or similar experience is welcome, but not required since we provide extensive training and offer ongoing support & coaching. This would be a great opportunity for a graduate or career changer looking to learn and grow in a supportive team environment!

Main Responsibilities for Customer Service Trainer Position:

• Preparing and executing Brand Awareness Campaigns across the region
• Working with the client to understand their product/service/mission
• Engaging with the clients existing and potential customer base
• Identifying the clients ideal target market and where to find them
• Distributing marketing materials and promotional gifts
• Answering questions and evaluating customer wants/needs
• Closing a small number of quality sales with a high conversion rate
