What will you be doing?
* Manage the TA Coordinator role of the recruitment process in Workday

* Initiate and coordinate pre-employment background checks including medicals, criminal checks, drivers abstracts, etc.

• Schedule interviews for internal and external candidates & post newspaper advertisement as requested

And other related assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

* Experience working in and with Workday and with customer relationship management (CRM) systems strongly preferred

* Minimum 3 years related experience in an office environment
* MUST HAVE: Recruiting, Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter experience, Workday experience in Oil Gas Domain
