Position : Restaurant General Manager

Description : As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be leading a team of hospitality professionals on a daily basis. We will expect you to dream big and to take pride in promoting a powerful company culture. The person in this position must be passionate, innovative and understand how to inspire others because you, as the Restaurant General Manager will be the leader your team will turn to for direction. A few of your primary focuses will be the constant coaching and developing of your team and managing the restaurants P&L. The Restaurant General Manager will also monitor food preparation and cleaning methods, inspect equipment and food deliveries, monitor and oversee purchases, menus, staff, and payroll and set goals for hourly staff to meet holding them accountable when goals fall short. The person in this Restaurant General Manager position will perform administrative activates such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers and be in direct contact with ownership on a daily basis.
