Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role
  • Ability to network, build lasting relationships with clients and offer an exceptional product portfolio
  • Take care of the client and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship
  • Meet or exceed target requirements set by the vertical leader
  • Assist Operations PMs with site matters and client liaison requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success with client acquisition, retention and program management
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve client challenges with internal departments (operations, finance, legal, customer service)
  • Time management skills with the ability to work autonomously for long periods
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team setting and represent Liquidity Services in a professional manner.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail is critical
