What will you be doing?

• Assist the Team Lead with all temp employees on the line
• Assist payroll/time clock when needed
• Assist Team Lead with the scheduling and managing of breaks
• Assist with the handling of safety & behavioral issues - report to Team Lead
• Assist Team Lead with ensuring SOP's and processes are followed
• Train and answer questions for new hires
• 2nd shift: 4p-12a Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday

What do you bring?

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 1+ years minimum experience in , preferably in leadership role in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with people of all skill levels and backgrounds
• Ability to read documents such as work orders and safety documents
• Ability to work at least 8 hours each day plus OT including occasional Saturdays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
